I Am In Love!!!
Ok maybe my post title is a little extreme but I bought the most gorgeous pair of shoes today! With my birthday in a few weeks I've been told not to buy anything but these were just to good to walk past. I mean they were in the sale and if I'd waited for someone to get them they might have been gone....thats my argument anyway:)
I wanted a pair of neutral heels to put with everything and anything. There is nothing worse than having an outfit picked for a night out and realising you don't really have the right shoes to go with it. Now I will, hopefully. They won't be to everyone's taste but I love them and as I'm the one wearing them thats a good thing.
What sweetened them even more was the fact they were reduced from £40 to £20 in the Dorothy Perkins sale and when I went to the till they only charged me £15! I love the buzz buying new shoes gives you.
They are high but the thick straps give my foot good support so I can walk in them no problem.

I Shoe Need To Go Shopping
I overhauled my shoe collection a few weeks ago and I showed you some of my favourite heels. Well here are a few of my favourite flats. I love thats its warm enough to get these out without having to wear socks or tights with them
I've just realised that I am sorely lacking a good pair of wedges for those hot summer months I'm hoping we'll get. I am definitely in need of a good day out shoe shopping with the girls. All in all my wardrobe needs a good overhaul. You would cringe if you saw some of the things I have in there! Roll on my birthday (and hopefully some birthday money) so I can sort it out.

A Little Love of Mine
I thought I would share with you a little love of mine (and millions of other girls)....shoes. I was never a big dresser before I had Aimee, it was always jeans, t-shirts and trainers! While I still love all
these basic wardrobe staples it feels great to dress up and try new things.
Having a baby changes your body and I felt I had to start experimenting more with clothes to feel good about my new shape. It was only then I realised simply by putting on a pair of heels I could feel a million times more feminine and instantly better about myself.
I have since started collecting some rather lovely pairs, my favourites of which are below, but I am still after the perfect navy pair. Preferably a matt leather court of some description. If anyone knows where I can find a nice pair please leave me a comment as this is my second year of searching!
I took these pics quickly after work today so they weren't as polished as I would have liked. I tried my hand at a bit of editing but my laptop wouldn't upload the images afterwards.
As well as my much loved collection of heels I have a good collection of flats as well. I'll share those with you another day.
